What exactly am I buying?+
A licence to deploy and audit the software on machines you own or control. You receive the app and a signed license.key. You are not buying a redistributable copy. The Governance Toolkit is the documents-only line — the framework without the software.
Which tier is mine?+
Toolkit is the framework alone, one practitioner, perpetual. Individual adds the software for one named practitioner on a 12-month licence. Enterprise is unlimited seats across one legal entity, annual, with a custom recogniser profile and the Implementation Roadmap.
Why is Individual annual, not perpetual?+
The recognisers and the AI surfaces they protect change constantly. A redactor that is not updated decays. The annual term keeps detection current for the licence period — it is the honest model for a security control, not a surcharge.
Is my data sent anywhere?+
No. The companion runs on your machine and binds to localhost. We have no servers in the data path — only the cleaned, regenerated prompt ever reaches the AI tool, and that is the whole point.
How is the licence delivered?+
Immediately after Paystack confirms payment, the page shows your download and license.key, and we email the same. The licence is Ed25519-signed by us and verified offline by the app.
Refunds?+
Within seven days, where the software has not been downloaded. Once downloaded the value has been delivered. See the licence terms.
Can I trial it first?+
Yes — the first-run wizard can generate a local trial key so you can evaluate detection before entering a purchased licence.
